ACT valkoinen 5 metrin U/UTP CAT5E -verkkokaapeli RJ45-pistokkeilla

The ACT White 5 meter U/UTP CAT5E patch cable (IB5405) is a 5 m network connection cable designed for Ethernet and structured cabling. It uses U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) CAT5E construction with AWG#24 conductors and a PVC sheath in RAL 9016 white. The cable includes RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to ensure reliable signal transmission and compatibility with standard network devices.

Advantages

This patch cable offers a balanced combination of flexibility and signal quality suitable for typical LAN installations. The gold-plated RJ45 contacts reduce contact resistance and improve long-term connection reliability, while the 5 m length gives room for flexible device placement. The white PVC sheath provides a neutral, professional appearance for office or home environments.

Suitable for

• Ethernet connections in offices and homes
• Connecting PCs, switches, routers, and patch panels
• General structured cabling requiring CAT5E performance up to 100 MHz

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end of the patch cable to the network port of your device (PC, switch, router or patch panel) and the other end to the corresponding port on the network equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress that could damage the conductors or the connector housing.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this CAT5E patch cable for links up to 5 m in typical LAN environments and avoid running it parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference. Replace the cable if the sheath or connectors show visible damage.
