ACT vihreä 7 metrin LSZH SFTP CAT6A -verkkokaapeli taittosuojalla ja RJ45-liittimillä

The ACT Green 7 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a 7 m green network cable with snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Designed for high-speed networking, the cable uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket to limit toxic smoke and halogen release in case of fire. It is suitable for home and office installations requiring Cat6A performance and enhanced safety in confined or poorly ventilated spaces.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference while gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transfer and corrosion resistance. The snagless RJ45 plugs protect the clip during insertion and removal. The LSZH jacket reduces the production of corrosive and toxic gases in fire conditions, making the cable appropriate for environments where low smoke and halogen-free materials are preferred.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections (Cat6A)
• Home and office network cabling
• Installations in confined or poorly ventilated areas such as trains, airplanes, and vehicles
• Environments requiring reduced smoke and halogen emissions

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; maintain proper bend radius for Cat6A cabling to preserve performance. For permanent installations, route the cable avoiding sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH S/FTP Cat6A patch cable for short to medium runs up to 7 m where high data rates and reduced smoke/halogen emissions are required. Do not expose the cable to outdoor weather without additional protection, and avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.
