Älykello Polar Pacer Pro White

The Polar Pacer Pro White is an ultra-light GPS running watch with an integrated barometer designed for serious runners. It features a 1.2" MIP reflective color display (240 × 240), a 192 MHz processor, 265 mAh battery capacity that provides up to one week of typical use on a single charge, and a lightweight 41 g plastic case with a white silicone band. The watch is waterproof up to 50 m and offers GPS-based tracking, wrist-based running power, VO2max estimates and heart-rate zone monitoring to support training and performance analysis.

Advantages

The watch offers high readability in bright conditions thanks to its memory-in-pixel (MIP) color display and a 1.1 mm glass screen placed closer to the surface for improved clarity. A faster CPU delivers a smoother user interface and better performance. Long battery life allows continuous use over several days without frequent charging. Integrated running metrics—VO2max, wrist-based running power and target heart rate zones—provide advanced training insights without laboratory testing. The device is lightweight and waterproof, suitable for outdoor training.

Suitable for

• Road and trail runners seeking advanced metrics
• Athletes who need GPS tracking and durable, lightweight gear
• Users wanting wrist-based running power and VO2max estimates without lab tests
• Everyday training and multi-day outings where long battery life is important

How to use

Wear the Polar Pacer Pro on your wrist with the sensor in contact with skin for accurate heart-rate and running power measurements. Use the GPS mode for outdoor runs to record distance and pace; enable barometer-based elevation data when training on varied terrain. Access VO2max estimates and training zones from the watch menus to guide intensity. Charge the watch using the supplied cable and expect typical multi-day operation from a single full charge. Sync data to the Polar app for detailed analysis and long-term tracking.

Recommendations

For optimal heart-rate and running power readings, position the watch snugly above the wrist bone and clean the sensor area regularly. Calibrate stride and update software via the Polar app to keep metrics accurate. Use heart-rate zones and running power together to pace interval and long-distance sessions effectively.
