B&W Cases 109.47 väliseinäsetti JET 5000 -laukkuun

Divider for B&W Cases 109.47 is an accessory set of two aluminum dividers designed specifically for use with B&W JET 5000 hard cases. Each divider measures 440×60×30 mm and fits into the designated slots of the case's main compartment to provide stable separation of tools, parts, and accessories during storage and transport. The dividers are slim and lightweight while offering rigidity to minimise movement and prevent bending under load.

Advantages

The aluminum construction provides a strong yet light solution for organizing the main compartment of compatible B&W tool cases. The slim profile preserves usable space while creating clearly separated sections that reduce shifting of contents. The set contains two identical dividers that can be inserted individually using existing end and middle caps in the case, enabling flexible compartment layouts and reliable separation of heavier items without deformation.

Suitable for

• Organising tools and small parts inside B&W JET 5000 cases
• Creating fixed compartments to prevent movement during transport
• Separating electrical components, fasteners, or hand tools
• Optimising layout in professional tool storage and mobile workstations

How to use

Insert each divider into the designated slot inside the main compartment of a compatible B&W JET 5000 case, using the case's end and middle caps as required to secure the divider. Dividers can be positioned individually to form the desired compartment sizes. Ensure each divider is fully seated in its slot before placing tools or components into the separated sections to maintain stability during transport.

Recommendations

For best results, combine these dividers with the case’s original end and middle caps and arrange them to create snug compartments that prevent items from sliding. Avoid forcing oversized tools into sections narrower than the divider spacing, and periodically check that dividers remain fully engaged in their slots after heavy transport.
