Barrow G1/4 inch suora jatkopala UK-SK 20, musta, malli TNYZ-G20 b

Barrow G1/4" straight extension fitting MF 20, model TNYZ-G20 b, is a black straight inline connector designed to extend or adapt G1/4" threaded fluid or air lines. It provides a Male-to-Female 20 mm interface in a compact form factor, allowing a clean extension of existing G1/4" connections without changing hose routing or thread orientation. The fitting is intended for installations that require a short, rigid coupling between two G1/4" components.

Advantages

The straight extension fitting offers a compact and robust solution for extending G1/4" threads while maintaining alignment and sealing. Its male-female 20 mm interface simplifies assembly when space is limited and reduces the need for additional adapters. The black finish provides a neutral appearance for visible tubing runs and helps resist light surface wear in typical use. The straightforward inline design minimizes flow disruption and preserves thread compatibility with standard G1/4" components.

Suitable for

• PC water-cooling loops where a short straight extension of G1/4" fittings is required
• Laboratory tubing and experimental rigs using G1/4" threaded fluid connections
• Industrial or workshop applications needing compact G1/4" inline extensions
• Custom plumbing setups where preserving thread alignment is important

Key specifications

• Thread standard: G1/4" (compatible with standard G1/4" fittings)
• Interface type: Male-to-Female inline extension
• Effective extension length: 20 mm (MF 20 interface)
• Orientation: Straight (inline)
• Color/finish: Black
• Typical use media: liquid and compressed air lines

How to use

Install the fitting by threading the male end into the corresponding female G1/4" port and then attach the female end to the mating male-threaded component. Ensure threads are engaged carefully to avoid cross-threading. Use an appropriate sealing method such as PTFE tape or thread sealant where required by the application to prevent leaks. Tighten to a firm hand-plus-quarter-turn or to the torque recommended for similar metal G1/4" fittings; avoid excessive force that could damage threads or deform sealing surfaces.

Recommendations

Verify chemical compatibility with the fluid in use and confirm pressure ratings of the surrounding system components. For visible installations, clean threads and mating surfaces before assembly to ensure a reliable seal. Periodically inspect connections for signs of leakage or loosening, and re-torque or replace fittings as needed to maintain system integrity.
