BitsPower BP-NCCLT16ACBK-L500

BitsPower Crystal Link Tube 16/14mm 500mm in black is a rigid PC water-cooling tube designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. With an outer diameter of 16 mm and an inner diameter of 14 mm, and a straight 500 mm length, this hard tube provides a stable, low-deformation channel for coolant between fittings, radiators, pumps and reservoirs in desktop systems. The black finish offers a visually cohesive option for builds that require a darker, understated tubing appearance while maintaining the physical properties required for reliable flow and sealing with compatible compression fittings.

Advantages

The rigid construction resists kinking and bending under normal installation conditions, preserving coolant flow and system integrity. A consistent inner diameter ensures predictable flow rate and compatibility with 14 mm ID fittings and adapters. The 500 mm straight length reduces the number of joints required for runs where a single-piece tube is suitable, lowering potential leak points. The black finish provides a clean aesthetic and helps conceal internal coolant coloring when a darker look is desired.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop PC liquid-cooling loops
• Straight runs between radiator, pump, and reservoir
• Systems using 14 mm inner diameter fittings or compression adapters
• Builds that require a dark or neutral tubing appearance

Key specifications

• Outer diameter: 16 mm
• Inner diameter: 14 mm
• Length: 500 mm
• Material: rigid plastic (hard tube)
• Finish: black

How to use

Measure and plan your loop to ensure the 500 mm straight piece suits the intended run. Cut the rigid tube squarely with an appropriate cutter for hard tubing, deburr edges and check fit with your chosen 14 mm ID compression fittings or adapters. Slide the fittings onto the tube, tighten according to the fitting manufacturer’s instructions, and confirm a secure seal before filling the loop. Test the system for leaks by performing an initial leak check with the pump running but without powering other components.

Recommendations

Use this rigid tube with compatible compression fittings rated for 14 mm inner diameter to ensure leak-free connections. Avoid forcing the tube into tight radii; where bends are required, use angled fittings or precise bending tools designed for hard tubes. When cutting and installing, wear appropriate eye protection and follow standard precautions for handling rigid plastic tubing and coolant.
