BlueOptics CAB-STK-E-1M-BL -verkkokaapeli InfiniBand 1 m musta

The BlueOptics CAB-STK-E-1M-BL InfiniBand network cable is a 1 metre fibre optic cable with a durable black jacket. Designed for InfiniBand-compatible environments, this cable supports high-speed data transmission and is intended for use where low latency and reliable connectivity are required. Its single-metre length makes it suitable for short interconnects in rack systems, switch-to-switch links or server connections within dense equipment layouts.

Advantages

The cable's construction provides mechanical protection and a consistent signal path to maintain data integrity over short distances. A black outer sheath reduces visible wear and helps integrate the cable into standard rack environments. As an InfiniBand-compatible fibre optic cable, it is intended to deliver stable, high-bandwidth links appropriate for data centre and high-performance computing applications.

Suitable for

• Short-distance interconnects in server racks and switch cabinets
• High-performance computing clusters using InfiniBand
• Data centre patching and dense cable environments
• Connections between network devices where 1 m length is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Product colour: Black
• Connector type: InfiniBand-compatible fibre optic connectors (as per product family)
• Application: High-speed data transmission and low-latency links

How to use

Route the BlueOptics CAB-STK-E-1M-BL along the planned cable path and connect the appropriate InfiniBand-compatible fibre optic connectors to the corresponding ports on your networking devices. Ensure connectors are clean and aligned before insertion to avoid signal loss. Use cable management within racks to prevent bending beyond the manufacturer's minimum bend radius and to maintain orderly, accessible connections.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, verify compatibility with your InfiniBand devices and keep connector end-faces free of dust or debris. Avoid tight bends and excessive tensile stress on the cable; secure the cable in the rack to prevent strain. Use in environments consistent with fibre optic cabling best practices for data centres and HPC installations.
