BLUELAN BlueOptics Singlemode SC Simplex 2dB kuituvaimennin (SFA22BK2)

The BLUELAN BlueOptics SFA22BK2 is a fixed 2dB fiber optic attenuator with SC simplex connectors, built for precise signal reduction in singlemode networks. Unlike variable attenuators that can drift, this fixed attenuator maintains a stable 2dB attenuation level across a wide wavelength range from 1260nm to 1650nm, making it suitable for both 1310nm and 1550nm transmission windows.

Highlights

• Fixed 2dB attenuation with tight ±0.5dB tolerance
• SC simplex male-to-female configuration with UPC polish
• Ceramic ferrule and nickel-plated brass housing for durability
• High return loss ≥50dB and low PDL ≤0.2dB
• Operating temperature range -40°C to +85°C

In daily use

Install the SFA22BK2 inline to reduce optical power at the receiver, preventing overload and bit errors in short links or high-power transmitters. The SC connectors provide a push-pull latching mechanism for secure connections, and the metal housing withstands repeated mating cycles in patch panels or equipment interfaces.
