Bosch 2 608 644 062 -katkoterä 23 cm poraus 3 cm 8300 kierr./min

The Bosch circular saw blade with a 23 cm diameter and 3 cm bore is designed for general-purpose cutting tasks with hand-held and table-mounted circular saws that accept a 30 mm arbor. Rated for operation up to 8,300 RPM, the blade is manufactured to provide consistent cutting performance and clean edges in wood and similar materials. Its construction balances durability and cutting precision to meet common workshop and on-site requirements.

Advantages

This circular saw blade delivers uniform cutting thanks to its balanced design and stable rotation at high speed. The 23 cm diameter provides a practical cutting depth for a wide range of woodworking jobs, while the 3 cm bore ensures compatibility with saws using a 30 mm arbor. The blade's materials and tooth geometry are optimized to reduce chipping and produce smooth cuts, reducing the need for additional finishing.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping of softwood and hardwood panels and boards
• Workshop and construction site cutting tasks where a 23 cm blade is appropriate
• Replacement blade for compatible handheld or table circular saws with a 30 mm arbor

Key specifications

• Diameter: 230 mm
• Bore (arbor) size: 30 mm
• Maximum rotational speed: 8,300 RPM
• Intended materials: wood and similar workpieces

How to use

Fit the blade to a compatible circular saw following the saw manufacturer's instructions and ensuring the arbor and blade are clean and free from debris. Tighten the blade mounting flange to the recommended torque and verify the blade rotation direction before operation. Use appropriate guards and clamping devices, set the cutting depth to match the workpiece thickness, and perform a test cut on scrap material to confirm alignment and cut quality.

Recommendations

Wear recommended personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, and follow safe operating practices for circular saws. Match feed speed and blade speed to the material being cut to minimize tear-out and prolong blade life. Inspect the blade regularly for signs of wear, missing or damaged teeth, and replace it when cutting performance degrades.
