Bosch 2608644525 pyörösahanterä, 254 mm

The Bosch 2608644525 circular saw blade has a 25.4 cm diameter and is manufactured with Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) teeth for extended wear resistance and consistent cutting performance. Intended for use with compatible Bosch circular saws and other machines that accept a 25.4 cm blade, it offers a balance of durability and cutting precision for general woodworking tasks. The blade is supplied as a single unit and is designed to provide stable rotation and accurate kerf width while minimizing vibration during operation.

Advantages

The TCT construction provides high hardness at the cutting edge, improving durability and maintaining sharpness for longer cycles compared with standard steel blades. The 25.4 cm diameter is suitable for a wide range of portable and bench circular saws, delivering consistent cutting depth and feed speed. The blade’s design aims to reduce chipping on wood and composite materials and to offer predictable performance across repeated cuts.

Suitable for

• Cross-cutting and ripping of softwoods and hardwoods
• Cutting plywood, chipboard and laminated boards
• General carpentry and joinery tasks
• Workshop and on-site wood cutting with Bosch circular saws

Key specifications

• Diameter: 25.4 cm
• Tip material: Tungsten carbide tipped (TCT)
• Weight: approximately 730 g
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Suitable for standard circular saw mounting compatible with 25.4 cm blades

How to use

Before fitting the blade, disconnect the saw from the power source and follow the tool manufacturer’s instructions for blade replacement. Mount the blade ensuring correct orientation of the teeth for the intended feed direction and that the mounting flange and arbor fit securely. Tighten the arbor nut to the specified torque and perform a no-load spin check to ensure there is no wobble. Use appropriate cutting speeds, steady feed pressure and recommended saw fences or guides to maintain straight, accurate cuts. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection while operating the saw.

Recommendations

For best results, match the blade tooth geometry and feed rate to the workpiece type: a moderate feed rate for laminated boards and slower, controlled feeds for hardwoods to reduce burning and prolong blade life. Keep the blade clean from resin and pitch buildup and inspect regularly for chipped or worn teeth; replace the blade if significant wear is observed.
