Bosch EXPERT ‘WOOD 2-SIDE CLEAN’ T 308 B pistosahanterä hiiliteräksestä (HCS) 25 kpl

The Bosch EXPERT ‘WOOD 2-SIDE CLEAN’ T 308 B jigsaw blade is made from high carbon steel (HCS) and designed for tear-free cuts on both faces of wood panels. With precision-ground, extra-sharp double rows of teeth and a 2.2 mm tooth pitch, this blade cuts softwoods, hardwoods and plywood up to 50 mm thick. Each blade is 117 mm long and the pack contains 25 T 308 B blades in a blister pack.

Advantages

The double rows of teeth provide a clean cut on both sides of the material, reducing or eliminating the need for sanding after cutting. Precision-ground HCS teeth ensure accurate, fast cutting in wood and plywood. The blade’s dimensions and tooth pitch make it suitable for straight cuts while maintaining a smooth finish.

Suitable for

• Straight cutting of softwood, hardwood and plywood
• Workpieces up to 50 mm thickness
• Cabinet making and joinery where visible edges require a clean finish

Use the blade for straight cuts and guide the workpiece steadily to achieve a tear-free finish on both faces. For best results, set an appropriate cutting speed for the wood type and avoid excessive lateral pressure that can bend the blade.

Recommendations

For visible edges, orient the blade so the clean side faces the finished surface. Replace blades when cutting quality decreases or teeth become worn. Store the pack in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
