How to use

Secure the workpiece firmly in a vice or suitable clamp and ensure the cutting line is clearly marked. Install a compatible 733 mm blade following the tool-free blade change procedure: open the blade guard and release blade tension, fit the blade, restore tension and check blade alignment. Fit an appropriately charged 18V lithium-ion battery before switching on. Position the saw against the workpiece and apply steady, even feed pressure to allow the blade to cut without forcing. Use the integrated LED when required to illuminate the cut. After use, switch off the tool, remove the battery and store the saw and blade according to safety and manufacturer instructions.

Recommendations

Use blades matched to the material type for optimal life and cut quality; fine-toothed blades for thin-walled tubes and aluminium, and coarser blades for thicker steel sections.
