Bosch SDS max-8X -pora 22x400 mm poravasaroihin, malli 2608900234

Bosch SDS max-8X 22x400 mm is a rotary hammer drill bit designed for use with SDS max chucks. With a 22 mm working diameter and 400 mm overall length, this bit is intended for drilling holes in masonry, reinforced concrete and other hard building materials. The SDS max-8X geometry provides improved debris removal and stable guidance during heavy-duty percussion drilling in construction and renovation tasks.

Advantages

The SDS max-8X design ensures reliable retention in SDS max chucks and simplifies tool changes. A robust tip and flute geometry improve percussive drilling efficiency and accelerate dust evacuation from the hole, reducing clogging and improving drilling speed. The bit construction is optimized for repeated use under high impact loads, offering consistent cutting performance and reduced downtime on site.

Suitable for

• Drilling anchor and through holes in masonry and concrete
• Installation of rebar dowels and heavy-duty fixings
• Renovation and construction tasks requiring long-reach drilling
• Use with SDS max rotary hammers on building sites

Key specifications

• Shank system: SDS max-compatible shank
• Diameter: 22 mm
• Overall length: 400 mm
• Tip and flute: percussive drilling geometry optimized for masonry and concrete
• Material performance: designed for high-impact rotary hammer applications

How to use

Install the drill bit into the SDS max chuck according to the rotary hammer manufacturer's instructions until it locks into place. Select the hammer drilling mode and set an appropriate rotational speed and impact setting for concrete or masonry. Apply steady axial pressure without forcing the tool; allow the hammer action to perform the cutting. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear debris and prolong the tool life. After use, clean the flutes and store the bit in a dry place.

Recommendations

For best results, use protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask) and combine the bit with an appropriate SDS max rotary hammer and correctly sized drill settings. When drilling reinforced concrete, proceed carefully to avoid damaging the reinforcement and consider using water suppression or a dust extraction system where applicable.
