c.k tools T2231A putkileikkuri säädettävä, 145 mm pituus, leikkauskapasiteetti 3–30 mm

The c.k tools pipe cutter T2231A is an adjustable hand tool with a compact 145 mm body designed for cutting round metal and plastic pipes with diameters from 3 to 30 mm. Its adjustable clamping mechanism and rotating cutting wheel provide controlled, accurate cuts while minimizing deformation of the pipe. The compact size and ergonomic shape make it suitable for working in confined or hard-to-reach areas common in plumbing and HVAC installations.

Advantages

The adjustable design allows secure clamping across a wide diameter range without changing tooling. The cutter wheel and support rollers ensure consistent cutting pressure and a straight cut line. The compact 145 mm body improves access in tight spaces and helps with one-handed operation when needed. Materials and construction provide reliable performance for routine maintenance and installation tasks.

How to use

Place the pipe between the cutting wheel and the support rollers, then tighten the adjustable mechanism until the wheel lightly contacts the pipe surface. Rotate the cutter around the pipe, applying slight incremental tightening after several revolutions to maintain cutting progress. Continue rotation and gradual tightening until the pipe is separated. Inspect the cut edge and deburr if necessary before installation or joining.

Recommendations

Use the cutter on pipes within the specified 3–30 mm diameter range to avoid damage to the tool or pipe. For thicker-walled or hardened steel pipes, use a dedicated heavy-duty cutter. Keep the cutting wheel clean and replace it if worn to maintain smooth, accurate cuts. When cutting plastic pipes, avoid excessive tightening to prevent crushing; for metal pipes, tighten progressively to complete the cut.
