How to use

Install the hood on a suitable wall with the exhaust connected at the top (150 mm diameter) for ducted operation, or set it up in recirculating mode with the charcoal filter fitted. Use the electronic touch control to select one of the six speeds, activate the booster when intensive extraction is needed, and adjust the dimmable LED lighting as required. Use the timer to schedule shut-off after cooking.

Recommendations

Replace or clean the aluminium grease filter regularly according to cooking frequency and replace the charcoal filter when the replacement indicator signals reduced odour absorption. Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain the black finish.
