Eristysnauha Tesa 4163-190-92 valkoinen 25 mm x 33 m

Tesa insulating tape 4163-190-92 is a white electrical tape with a width of 25 mm and a roll length of 33 m. It is designed for insulation, bundling and surface protection of electrical wires and cables. The tape delivers reliable adhesion and consistent film coverage for repair, maintenance and installation tasks in both domestic and professional environments where a compact, easy-to-apply insulating tape is required.

Advantages

The tape provides stable electrical insulation and good conformability on curved and irregular surfaces. Its adhesive offers quick tack and durable bond to common cable sheaths, PVC and other insulating materials. The material resists aging under normal indoor conditions and allows neat overlapping for secure joints. The compact roll format ensures convenient handling and storage.

Suitable for

• Insulating and repairing household wiring and cable joints
• Bundling and marking wires in electrical installations
• Temporary protection of cable ends and connectors during maintenance
• Small-scale electrical installation and repair work for professionals

Key specifications

• Color: white
• Width: 25 mm
• Length per roll: 33 m
• Type: electrical/insulating film tape
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for insulating materials

How to use

Clean and dry the surfaces to be taped. Unwind the required length and wrap the tape tightly around the cable or joint with overlapping turns to ensure continuous coverage. Apply firm pressure along the tape to activate the adhesive and remove any air pockets. For multiple layers, overlap each turn by approximately half the tape width to achieve consistent insulation thickness. Cut the tape cleanly at the end of the application.

Recommendations

Use this insulating tape for indoor electrical work and general cable maintenance. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight or chemical solvents that may degrade the adhesive. For high-voltage, outdoor or permanent installations, consult relevant safety standards and choose tape rated for the specific voltage and environmental conditions.
