Eristysteippi Tesa 4163-191-92 valkoinen 30 mm x 33 m

Tesa insulating tape 4163-191-92 in white is a pressure-sensitive PVC electrical tape measuring 30 mm in width and 33 m in length. It is designed for general electrical insulation, cable bundling and protective wrapping, providing a neat finish for repairs and installations in household, workshop and light professional environments. The tape combines flexibility and adhesion to conform to irregular shapes and maintain contact on standard insulating surfaces.

Advantages

The tape offers consistent thickness and reliable adhesive performance on common insulating materials, ensuring secure joins and effective insulation. Its white color allows for visible, tidy repairs and easy identification of wrapped areas. The flexible PVC backing resists abrasion and provides mechanical protection while remaining easy to tear by hand for quick application.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical connections in household wiring
• Bundling and organizing cables in workshops and offices
• Temporary repairs of power cords and extension leads
• Marking or color-coding runs of cables where white is required

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Width: 30 mm
• Length: 33 m per roll
• Color: white
• Typical properties: flexible, hand-tearable, abrasion-resistant

How to use

Clean and dry the surfaces to be insulated before applying the tape. Start by anchoring the tape with an initial wrap, then overlap each turn by approximately half the tape width to create a continuous insulating layer. For cables and joints, stretch the tape slightly while wrapping to ensure good contact and conformity around irregular shapes. Tear the tape by hand when the required coverage is achieved and press down the end to secure the adhesive.

Recommendations

Use this insulating tape on clean, non-oily surfaces and avoid prolonged exposure to strong solvents or direct flame. For permanent outdoor applications or high-temperature environments, select a product specifically rated for those conditions. Store the roll in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
