How to use

Insert the tab index between document sections or at desired divider positions inside a binder or folder so the 225 mm edge aligns with the pages. Write or attach a label on the tab edge for clear identification, then arrange sections in the preferred order. The 2 mm thickness keeps the divider stable while preserving space in stacked documents. For archival use, place indexed sections into filing folders or storage boxes to maintain organized access.

Recommendations

For best results, use a permanent or archival-quality marker suitable for the tab material to ensure long-lasting legibility. Keep heavy stacks within recommended binder or shelf load limits to avoid deforming the tabs. If frequent re-labeling is required, consider using removable label tabs on top of the tab edge to preserve the original surface.
