Asiakirjasuojat A4, kiiltävä, 40 µm, 100 kpl:n pakkaus

A pack of 100 glossy A4 document sleeves, 40 µm thickness, designed to protect and present A4-size papers, reports and photos. These transparent sleeves provide a clear finish that preserves visibility of printed content while shielding documents from dirt, moisture and everyday wear. The lightweight construction supports easy handling and insertion into folders, binders or archive boxes without adding bulk.

Advantages

Glossy finish enhances the appearance of documents and photos while maintaining legibility. The 40 µm polypropylene material offers a balance of flexibility and tear resistance suitable for frequent handling. A consistent A4 size ensures compatibility with standard office filing systems, ring binders and presentation folders. The sleeves are slip-resistant during handling and stack neatly, facilitating organised storage and quick retrieval.

Suitable for

• Office filing and record keeping
• Presentations and handouts
• Archival storage of reports and manuals
• Protecting photographs, certificates and printed materials
• Temporary display in folders or on clipboards

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (fits 210 × 297 mm documents)
• Material: glossy polypropylene film
• Thickness: 40 µm
• Finish: transparent glossy
• Quantity: pack of 100 sleeves
• Opening: top-loading or side-loading depending on sleeve design (standard office style)

How to use

Insert A4 documents smoothly into the sleeve by aligning the paper with the opening and sliding it in until it is fully covered. For presentations or archival storage, ensure documents are free of staples or clips that might create pressure points. When placing multiple sleeves in a binder or box, stack them evenly to prevent curling; for binders, use sleeves designed for ring attachment if required. Clean sleeves with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust; avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners that could affect the glossy surface.

Recommendations

Store packs flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain clarity and prevent warping. For long-term archival needs, verify material compatibility with stored items and consider using acid-free paper within the sleeves.
