Gedore 122 ketjuputkipihdit 1275 mm, 1 1/2 - 8 tuuman kita, taottu teräs, DIN 5230

When you're facing stubborn, large-diameter pipes that refuse to budge, a standard pipe wrench often slips or fails to grip. The Gedore 122 Chain Pipe Wrench solves this with a heavy-duty chain that wraps completely around the pipe, providing a secure, self-tightening hold even on polished or irregular surfaces. With a total length of 1275 mm and a jaw capacity from 1 1/2 to 8 inches (48–219 mm), this tool is built for industrial plumbing, pipeline maintenance, and heavy mechanical work where reliability is non-negotiable.

Tips

To extend the life of your chain pipe wrench, keep the chain and jaws clean and lightly oiled after use, especially in wet or corrosive environments. Always position the wrench so that the chain pulls in the direction of rotation—this ensures the self-clamping action works correctly. For extremely tight joints, use a cheater pipe on the handle for added leverage, but never exceed the tool's rated capacity. Replace worn jaws or chain promptly to maintain safe and efficient operation.
