Hama Premium UV 390 Nano ultravioletti (UV) kameransuodatin 67 mm

The Hama Premium UV 390 Nano 67 mm is a high-end ultraviolet camera filter made from premium UV lens glass. It reduces haze and the blue cast caused by UV radiation, improves image clarity and colour fidelity, and provides reliable protection for the front element of the lens against scratches, dust and light impacts.

Advantages

The filter features an NSC18 vapour-deposited multi-layer coating with nine layers on each side for excellent light transmission and anti-reflective performance. It blocks UV rays up to 390 nm, produces sharp, clear images with preserved contrast and colour brilliance, and has nano-coating (lotus effect) that repels water, oil and dirt while making cleaning easier. Both filter surfaces are coated to prevent ghosting and double images, the ultra-thin wide mount minimises the risk of vignetting and can remain on the lens permanently, and the black anodised metal mount with blackened inner edges reduces internal reflections.

Suitable for

• Outdoor landscape and travel photography
• Protecting lens front element from scratches and dust
• Shooting in bright sunlight or at high altitudes to reduce haze
• General-purpose use where colour fidelity and contrast retention are important

How to use

Screw the 67 mm filter securely onto the front thread of a lens that accepts 67 mm filters. Check that the mount is seated evenly to avoid cross-threading. Leave the filter on for general shooting to protect the lens and reduce UV haze; remove only when using specialised filters or stacking filters that may cause vignetting. Clean the coated surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth and appropriate lens cleaning solution when necessary.

Recommendations

To maintain optical performance, avoid abrasive cleaners and strong solvents. Store the filter in its case when not in use and remove dust before mounting to prevent scratches. The ultra-thin wide mount allows permanent use on most lenses, but verify compatibility with wide-angle lenses to ensure no vignetting occurs.
