Hiomalaikat Bosch Expert C470 50 kpl

EXPERT C470 sanding discs are designed to speed up surface preparation on wood and painted substrates. The discs combine sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to preserve cutting performance over extended use. Supplied in a pack of 50, these Bosch sanding discs suit tasks that require consistent material removal and a uniform finish.

Advantages

The combination of sharp mineral grains and anti-clog coating reduces clogging and maintains abrasiveness longer than conventional sandpaper. High durability of each disc helps reduce downtime for disc changes and keeps sanding speed consistent across large surfaces. The pack quantity provides extended runtime before replacement.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood
• Removing paint and primer layers
• Preparing surfaces before varnishing or painting
• General smoothing and surface leveling on furniture and panels

Key specifications

• Pack contents: 50 sanding discs
• Abrasive type: sharp mineral grains with anti-clogging treatment
• Designed for use on wood and painted surfaces
• Compatible with standard hook-and-loop or plain-disc sanders depending on disc backing

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the required material removal and finish. Mount a disc securely on a compatible sander, start with light pressure and progressively increase as needed to avoid gouging. Keep the sander moving across the surface in even strokes and replace discs when performance diminishes to maintain a uniform finish.

Recommendations

Use progressive grit steps for best results: begin with coarser grit to remove material, then switch to finer grits for smoothing and final finishing. Work with consistent speed and pressure and ensure the sander and disc remain clean to maximize lifespan.
