Hiomapaperi FEIN 63717114047 5 kpl

The FEIN 63717114047 sanding sheet set contains five perforated abrasive sheets made with corundum grit and full bonding using synthetic resins. These sheets are intended for universal sanding tasks on a wide range of materials and are designed for use with hook-and-loop sanding pads and perforated sanding plates with dust extraction.

Advantages

Corundum abrasive grain and complete resin bonding provide high sanding capacity, reduced clogging and extended service life. Perforation enables effective dust extraction when used with a compatible perforated sanding pad and vacuum system. Hook-and-loop fastening allows quick sheet changes and secure attachment during operation.

Suitable for

• Sanding of wood and painted surfaces
• Preparation and smoothing of metal and composite surfaces
• Detail work in renovation and finishing
• Use with FEIN or compatible orbital sanders with perforated pads

Key specifications

How to use

Attach a sanding sheet to a compatible hook-and-loop perforated sanding pad on your orbital sander. Use appropriate grit progression for the material and task, apply steady, even pressure and move the sander along the workpiece. Connect a dust extraction system to the perforated pad if available to reduce clogging and prolong abrasive life. Replace worn sheets with a new one from the set.

Recommendations

For best results, select the correct grit for the surface and start with a coarser grit if removing material rapidly, then finish with finer grits for smoothness. Use dust extraction where possible and store sheets in a dry place to preserve bonding and abrasive performance.
