HP 3 vuoden Essential Offsite -palvelu DMR:llä kannettaville työasemille (U85RME)

When a mobile workstation fails, every hour of downtime costs productivity and revenue. The HP 3-Year Essential Offsite Service with Defective Media Retention (DMR) for Mobile Workstations (U85RME) solves this by providing fast, reliable repair without compromising your data security. This service extends your device's warranty to three years, covering parts, labor, and hardware-related technical support. With offsite repair, you ship your workstation to an HP-authorized service center, and HP covers the shipping costs both ways. The DMR feature ensures that if your storage drive fails, you keep it—protecting sensitive business, government, or professional data from leaving your control. Ideal for organizations that need predictable IT costs and robust data protection.

Who is it for

This service is designed for businesses, professionals, and government agencies that rely on HP mobile workstations for critical tasks. It suits those who require extended warranty coverage beyond the standard period, need secure handling of defective storage media, and prefer a cost-effective offsite repair model. If your team works with confidential data—such as legal documents, financial records, or proprietary designs—DMR ensures that failed drives never leave your premises, reducing compliance risks.

Tips

Register your service with HP immediately after purchase to ensure seamless claim processing. Keep your original proof of purchase and service agreement handy. For DMR, establish an internal process for securely destroying retained drives. If your workstation requires repair, back up data before shipping, even though DMR protects the drive—other components may be replaced. Contact HP support for any hardware issue; they will guide you through the offsite process and provide shipping labels.
