Hydraulinen jarrusatulan männän puristustyökalusarja Hazet 4968/3, 3-osainen

Hazet 4968/3 — 3-piece brake testing and service kit is a compact set of dedicated tools designed for inspection, adjustment and basic maintenance of vehicle brake systems. The kit groups three purpose-built implements for routine checks of brake pads and pistons, simple adjustment procedures and basic service operations in professional workshops or for DIY mechanics. The tools are designed to provide reliable handling in confined brake caliper areas and support common brake maintenance tasks without the need for large, specialised equipment.

Advantages

The three-piece Hazet 4968/3 set combines compactness and durability, offering ergonomically shaped tools that fit typical caliper and piston clearances. Manufactured to Hazet quality standards, the set is suitable for repeated workshop use and is easy to store. The tools allow precise manual control during inspection and adjustment operations and reduce the risk of accidental damage to pads and pistons when used correctly.

Suitable for

• Routine brake inspections and functional checks
• Brake pad and piston condition verification
• Simple adjustment and alignment tasks on calipers
• Basic brake system service in professional and home workshops

Key specifications

• Set composition: three dedicated brake service tools designed for inspection and adjustment
• Design: compact, hand-operated tools for use in confined brake caliper areas
• Material and finish: corrosion-resistant metal with workshop-grade surface treatment
• Intended use: inspection, adjustment and basic maintenance of disc brake components
• Storage: small kit size for convenient storage in toolboxes or workshop racks

How to use

Use the Hazet 4968/3 tools for visual and tactile inspection of brake pads, caliper pistons and surrounding components. Position the appropriate tool between pad and piston or along caliper surfaces to check alignment, free movement and wear. During adjustment tasks, apply steady, controlled force while supporting the caliper to avoid sudden shifts. After inspection or adjustment, clean contact surfaces and verify correct retraction and fit of pads and pistons before reassembling the brake components and carrying out a functional road test.

Recommendations

Before using the kit, consult the vehicle manufacturer's brake service instructions and follow safety procedures including wheel chocking, secure lifting and wearing appropriate protective equipment. For tasks beyond visual inspection and minor adjustments, consider using workshop press tools or hydraulic spreaders specific to the brake system model.
