Hitsauslaite PMIG211MMA MIG/MAG 30–200 A, 6,2 kW

PMIG211MMA is a MIG/MAG welding machine with MMA (stick) capability, delivering a welding current range of 30–200 A and rated power of 6.2 kW. The unit supports gas-shielded MIG/MAG processes for continuous wire welding and manual metal arc (MMA) for stick electrodes, making it suitable for joining a variety of ferrous metals. Built for workshop repairs, fabrication and on-site maintenance, the machine combines adjustable welding parameters with a compact form factor for practical use in moderate- to high-current welding tasks.

Advantages

The PMIG211MMA provides a wide current range that enables both light-duty and heavier welds without additional converters. Its combined MIG/MAG and MMA functionality allows quick switching between gas-shielded wire welding and stick welding, increasing versatility for different joint types and electrode choices. The 6.2 kW power rating ensures stable arc performance and consistent deposition across the specified current range. The design focuses on straightforward control and reliability for frequent use in fabrication and repair environments.

Key specifications

How to use

Prepare the workpiece by cleaning the weld area from rust, paint and contaminants. Select the appropriate welding mode (MIG/MAG for gas-shielded wire or MMA for stick electrodes) and set the current within the 30–200 A range based on material thickness and wire/electrode diameter. Ensure correct gas flow and connection when using MIG/MAG. Attach ground clamp securely and verify cable and torch connections before starting. Strike the arc and maintain proper travel speed and torch angle according to the welding technique and joint design.

Recommendations

Use shielding gas appropriate for the filler wire and base material in MIG/MAG mode; verify electrode type and polarity settings for MMA welding. Match current and wire/electrode selection to material thickness to avoid burn-through or insufficient fusion. Follow safety procedures including proper personal protective equipment and adequate ventilation when welding.
