Inhalaattori Mesmed MM-500 Piesio pneumaattinen mäntäkäyttöinen kannettava malli

Mesmed MM-500 Piesio is a pneumatic-piston portable inhaler engineered for aerosol drug delivery in home and travel settings. The device uses a piston-driven compressor to generate a consistent aerosol suitable for standard nebuliser medications, enabling inhalation therapy for obstructive and inflammatory airway conditions. Its compact, transportable design combines the functionality of a compressor nebuliser with a simplified user interface intended for routine respiratory treatments.

Advantages

The inhaler provides steady aerosol delivery thanks to a piston compressor mechanism that offers consistent airflow and particle generation. Its portable housing is lightweight and compact, making it convenient to carry and store. The unit is compatible with common nebuliser medications and accessories, and its design minimizes maintenance requirements through a few detachable parts that are easy to clean. Noise levels are optimized for home use, and the device is intended to deliver reproducible inhalation sessions.

Suitable for

• Home respiratory therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma
• Short-term treatment of bronchitis and upper or lower airway inflammation
• Use during travel where a portable compressor nebuliser is required
• Administration of prescribed nebuliser medications: bronchodilators, corticosteroids, mucolytics

Key specifications

• Type: pneumatic-piston compressor nebuliser
• Form factor: portable, compact housing suitable for travel
• Power source: mains-powered compressor (check local voltage compatibility)
• Intended delivery: compatible with standard nebuliser solutions and medications
• Operating principle: piston-driven airflow generating aerosol particles for inhalation
• Accessories: mouthpiece, face mask options, medication chamber and tubing (detachable for cleaning)
• Cleaning: removable parts designed for routine disassembly and washing

How to use

Place the inhaler on a stable, flat surface and connect the power cord to a compatible mains outlet. Assemble the medication chamber and attach the mouthpiece or face mask according to the included user guide. Pour the prescribed dose of nebuliser medication into the chamber, secure the lid, and connect tubing between the compressor and the chamber. Switch on the device and breathe normally through the mouthpiece or mask until the medication is fully nebulised. After the session, switch off and unplug the unit, then disassemble and clean removable parts as directed to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use only medications and doses prescribed by a healthcare professional. Clean detachable parts after each use with warm water and allow them to air-dry; perform periodic deeper disinfection following manufacturer instructions. Store the inhaler in a dry place at room temperature and avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture. Consult a clinician before use in children, during pregnancy, or when treating severe respiratory conditions.
