INNE sähkömagneettinen lukko ZE-280-5T 280kg pitovoima Fail-Safe 12/24V DC LED-valolla ja ovianturilla

Electromagnetic lock with 280 kg holding force for high-security access control. The INNE ZE-280-5T secures doors with a powerful 600 lbs grip, releasing instantly when power is cut for fail-safe emergency egress. Its selectable 12V/24V DC operation and low current draw make it energy-efficient and easy to integrate into any security system. Built-in LED indicator and door status sensor provide real-time monitoring, while the anodized aluminum body and zinc-plated armature ensure durability. Suitable for wooden, metal, glass (with bracket), and fireproof doors, this lock is CE and RoHS certified for reliable indoor use.

Advantages

The ZE-280-5T offers exceptional holding power in a compact surface-mount design. Fail-safe operation guarantees doors unlock when power is lost, meeting safety regulations. Dual voltage support (12V/24V DC) allows flexible installation, and low current consumption (500mA at 12V, 250mA at 24V) reduces energy costs. Integrated LED indicator (green for locked, red for unlocked) and door status sensor (NO/NC/COM) enable easy system integration and monitoring. The anodized aluminum alloy body resists corrosion, while the zinc-plated steel armature ensures long-lasting performance.

Suitable for

• Access control systems in offices, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities
• Security doors requiring fail-safe operation for emergency egress
• Wooden, metal, glass (with bracket), and fireproof doors

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the ZE-280-5T on a clean, flat surface and ensure proper alignment between the electromagnet and armature plate. Use a suitable power supply with adequate current rating. For glass doors, use an appropriate mounting bracket. Regularly inspect the lock and armature for debris or misalignment to maintain holding force and ensure fail-safe operation.
