How to use

Mount the MR-100R on an exterior wall or other fixed surface using appropriate fasteners and location that maximizes sound projection and visibility of the LEDs. Connect the siren to the alarm control panel according to the system wiring diagram, observing correct polarity and power requirements of the control panel. Test the siren after installation to confirm acoustic output and LED operation. Follow local electrical codes and safety practices when routing cable and making connections.

Recommendations

Position the siren where it is clearly visible and unobstructed, and avoid mounting in fully enclosed recesses that reduce sound dispersion. Periodically inspect the housing and connections for corrosion or damage and test operation as part of routine alarm system maintenance.
