HERMA Disk labels 3.5 inch are self-adhesive printer labels designed for labelling 3.5" diskettes and ZIP diskettes. Supplied on A4 sheets, each label measures 70 x 50.8 mm; sheets are compatible with common office printers and copiers. The labels are made from high-quality, chlorine-free bleached paper with a matte white surface and a solvent-free adhesive. Packs contain 250 labels (10 labels per A4 sheet).

Advantages

These self-adhesive labels deliver clear, consistent print results across laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers and colour devices. The paper is PEFC-certified and produced without chlorine bleaching; the adhesive is solvent-free to reduce environmental impact. A protective edge and good flatness ensure trouble-free processing through printers and reliable application on disk surfaces.

Remove an A4 sheet from the pack and load it into the paper tray of a compatible laser printer, inkjet printer or copier following the device manufacturer's guidance for label sheets. Print your text or graphics using standard label templates sized 70 x 50.8 mm. After printing, separate the labels from the backing and apply to clean, dry diskette surfaces, smoothing to avoid air bubbles.

Recommendations

For best results, store the labels flat in a dry environment before use and allow printed ink to dry completely where applicable; test a single sheet in your printer to confirm print settings and alignment before printing the full batch.
