Kaapeli BitFenix Alchemy 2.0 0,4 m — 0,4 m jatkokaapeli uros naaras

BitFenix Alchemy 2.0 0.4 m is a 0.4-meter male-to-female extension cable designed for internal desktop PC connections. The cable provides a male connector on one end and a matching female connector on the other to extend or reroute existing internal wiring. It is part of the Alchemy 2.0 modular cable family, which uses individual wires, connectors and combs to allow custom sleeving and cable arrangement. The product is supplied in a polybag and is intended for improving accessibility and cable management inside computer cases.

Advantages

The Alchemy 2.0 extension uses individual high-quality wires and precision-moulded connectors to maintain reliable electrical performance and mechanical fit. Thick stranded conductors minimise resistance for internal power distribution, while ultra-dense, heat-shrinkless sleeving is moulded to the wire for enhanced durability and reduced sleeve movement. Connectors are manufactured with a resilient rubber material for consistent mating and certified to recognized safety standards, and cable combs in the Alchemy 2.0 family provide an option for organized routing and a uniform appearance.

Suitable for

• Extending internal PC power or signal connections where a 0.4 m male-to-female extension is required
• Improving cable routing or access behind motherboards, power supplies or drive bays
• Custom sleeving and aesthetic cable management in desktop builds and modding projects

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.4 m
• Configuration: male-to-female extension
• Wire type: individual stranded conductors with dense sleeving
• Conductor thickness: designed with thick stranded cores suitable for high current internal use
• Sleeving: heat-shrinkless ultra-dense sleeve moulded to the wire for durability
• Connector material: precision-moulded connector bodies with resilient rubber components
• Temperature range for connectors (product family): -10 °C to 150 °C
• Packaging: polybag

How to use

Install the extension by firmly mating the male end to the existing female connector inside the PC and connecting the female end to the corresponding male header or plug. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed to avoid interference with cooling fans or moving parts. For custom sleeving and arrangement, use Alchemy 2.0 individual wires and combs to set the desired pattern before final installation. Handle the cable by the connector housings when plugging or unplugging to avoid undue stress on the sleeved wires.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with the internal connector type and ensure power is disconnected before connecting or disconnecting the extension. When planning cable routing, keep power and signal cables separated where practical and avoid tight bends that exceed the cable's natural flex radius. Use Alchemy 2.0 combs if consistent spacing and a neat appearance are required.
