How to use

Power on the DBT6400 and enable Bluetooth on the host device. Pair the scanner following the device-specific Bluetooth pairing procedure; once paired, open the target application on the mobile device or PC and point the imager at the barcode. Use the aiming system to align the code inside the field of view and press the trigger to scan. For offline scanning, enable Batch Mode to store linear codes in the unit memory and upload them later via USB or Bluetooth connection.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the scanner lens and illumination area clean, avoid direct sunlight on the code during scanning, and use Batch Mode when working in areas without continuous wireless coverage. Replace or recharge the 700 mAh Li‑Ion battery before extended mobile shifts.
