How to use

Choose an appropriately sized saucepan from the set and place it on a compatible hob. Use moderate heat settings when heating empty pots and increase heat gradually when cooking liquids or ingredients. Use the glass lid to retain heat and monitor progress without lifting it. The internal measuring scale can be used to add accurate amounts of water or stock. After use, allow the pots to cool before washing; lids can be cleaned separately.

Recommendations

To prolong the appearance and performance of the stainless steel surfaces, avoid aggressive metal scouring pads and prolonged exposure to high heat when empty. For induction hobs ensure direct contact between the pot base and the cooking surface. Use the dishwasher for routine cleaning but remove stubborn residues promptly and dry thoroughly to prevent water marks.
