Kierretulkki-sarja ks tools 301.0095 — metrinen, 20-osainen

ks tools Thread gauge set 301.0095 is a 20-piece metric thread gauge collection designed to check and identify metric thread profiles and pitches on bolts, nuts and threaded components. The set provides a compact, organized selection of gauges that simplifies verification of thread conformity during inspection, maintenance and repair tasks in workshops and on-site service operations.

Advantages

The set offers a complete range of commonly used metric thread pitches in a single, portable case, enabling quick selection and comparison. Each gauge is precision-cut to provide reliable engagement with external or internal threads for fast identification. The compact and labeled storage keeps individual gauges protected and arranged for efficient workflow, reducing time spent searching for correct sizes during inspections.

Suitable for

• Thread identification on bolts and nuts
• Quality control and inspection in workshops
• Maintenance and repair of machinery and automotive components
• On-site service checks and field inspections

Key specifications

• Metric thread gauges: 20 pieces covering common metric pitches
• Material: hardened and ground steel for durability and wear resistance
• Finish: corrosion-resistant surface treatment for extended life
• Storage: compact, labeled case for organized transport and storage
• Application: suitable for both external and internal thread verification

How to use

Select the gauge corresponding to the expected metric pitch and align it with the thread to be checked. For external threads, engage the gauge teeth with the thread crests and ensure the gauge seats evenly without play; for internal threads, insert the appropriate gauge and rotate gently to confirm fit. If the gauge engages cleanly and sits flush with the thread, the pitch and profile match; if it does not seat or shows gaps, try adjacent pitches until the correct match is found. After use, clean any debris from the gauges and return them to their labeled positions in the case to preserve accuracy.

Recommendations

Use the gauges at room temperature and avoid using damaged or bent blades; inspect gauges visually before precision checks. Keep the set free from corrosive substances and store in the provided case. For critical tolerances, combine visual gauge matching with measurement tools such as calipers or pitch micrometers as needed.
