Kirjekuori MAILmedia DIN lang itseliimautuva ilman ikkunaa 100 g/m²

MAILmedia DIN long self-adhesive envelope without window, made from 100 g/m² paper, designed for reliable mailing of documents, invoices and letters. The DIN long format accommodates narrow inserts and folded A4 sheets, while the self-adhesive flap allows fast sealing without tape or additional glue. The plain surface and absence of a window maintain privacy for contents and provide a smooth printable area for address labels or direct printing.

Advantages

The 100 g/m² paper offers a balance of stiffness and flexibility, protecting contents while remaining easy to fold and handle. The self-adhesive closure saves time in preparation and ensures a consistent seal. Without a window, the envelope fully conceals documents, reducing the risk of sensitive data exposure. The DIN long size fits common business inserts and can be used in many automated mailing workflows and printers compatible with long envelopes.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, statements and folded A4 documents
• Sending promotional flyers or brochures in narrow format
• Office correspondence requiring privacy without a transparent window
• Envelopes for direct printing of recipient address or applying labels

Key specifications

• Format: DIN long (suitable for folded A4 and narrow inserts)
• Material weight: 100 g/m² paper
• Closure type: self-adhesive flap (peel-and-seal)
• Window: none
• Surface: printable/plain for labels or direct printing

How to use

Insert the document folded to the appropriate size for DIN long envelopes, align contents to avoid bulging, then remove the protective strip from the adhesive flap and press firmly along the seal to close. For direct printing, verify printer compatibility with DIN long envelopes and print addresses or company branding before sealing. Store envelopes flat in a dry environment to preserve the adhesive performance and paper quality.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure inserts are not overfilled and are folded to the recommended size; keep envelopes away from extreme humidity and heat to maintain adhesive effectiveness. When using automated feeders or printers, test a small batch first to confirm correct feeding and print alignment.
