Klingspor 228363 PS 33 B hiomanauha, P80 alumiinioksidi, 115 mm x 50 m

For workshops that burn through cheap rolls too fast, the Klingspor 228363 PS 33 B abrasive roll delivers a different kind of value: a full 50-meter length of close-coated aluminum oxide on flexible B-paper, ready for wood, paint, varnish, and filler. The P80 grit cuts fast without clogging, and the full synthetic resin bond keeps the grain anchored even when you bear down on edges and profiles. This is the roll you reach for when a stack of sheets won't do and a belt sander is overkill.

Highlights

• 50 m roll length minimizes downtime for roll changes on long sanding sessions.
• Close-coated aluminum oxide (corundum) provides aggressive stock removal and consistent scratch pattern.
• Flexible B-paper backing conforms to contours and rounded surfaces without cracking.
• Full synthetic resin bond resists heat and moisture for longer grain life.
• 115 mm width fits common hand sanding blocks, file boards, and inline sanders.

In daily use

Cut the roll to any length you need—tear off a strip for a sanding block, wrap it around a profile pad, or load it into a linear sander. The P80 grit is coarse enough to remove old varnish, level filler, or shape softwood, yet leaves a surface ready for finer grits. Because the backing is flexible, the abrasive follows curved workpieces instead of skipping over high spots. The synthetic resin bond holds up to the friction heat generated during dry sanding, so the roll keeps cutting longer than economy papers.
