Tefal OptiGrill+ XL GC727D10 is a contact grill with 2000 W power and a rectangular metal housing. The grill offers a large cooking area (400 × 200 mm) suitable for family-sized portions and supports indoor grilling of meat, fish, vegetables and sandwiches. Overall dimensions are 445 × 365 × 175 mm and the device combines a non-stick cooking surface with a lid and a built-in display for program selection.

Advantages

The grill heats quickly thanks to its 2000 W power and provides an 800 cm² cooking surface that fits larger batches. A non-stick coating simplifies cleaning and a lid ensures even contact cooking on both sides. Multiple cooking programs and a built-in display make it possible to select settings for different foods and desired doneness levels.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The unit is designed for indoor countertop use and may not be suitable for outdoor or commercial high-throughput settings. Its single cooking zone and rectangular fixed plate size limit large-scale cooking beyond the 800 cm² surface.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable socket. Preheat using the built-in program or manual setting until the display indicates readiness. Place food on the non-stick plate, close the lid for contact grilling and select the appropriate program for the item (meat, fish, vegetables, sandwich). Monitor the built-in display and timer; remove food when the selected doneness or program finishes. After cooling, wipe the non-stick plates with a soft cloth; follow the manufacturer instructions for removable parts and deeper cleaning.
