How to use

Before starting maintenance, disconnect the plasma cutter from its power source and ensure the torch has cooled. Inspect the torch components and identify worn parts using visible wear indicators such as enlarged orifice, pitting, or uneven erosion. Replace the old consumables with the matching parts from the wear parts box, following the torch assembly order and torque recommendations in the machine manual. After replacement, perform a short test cut to verify arc stability and correct gas flow, and make any minor alignment adjustments as required.

Recommendations

Store spare consumables in a dry, dust-free environment and keep the kit in its original packaging until use. Perform periodic inspections of torch parts and replace consumables proactively to maintain consistent cutting quality and reduce unplanned downtime. For precise fitting and safety, follow the manufacturer's maintenance and safety instructions for the GYS plasma cutting system.
