How to use

Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old thermal compound, dust and oils before applying PK-Zero. Apply a thin, even layer of paste to the component surface or heatsink contact area; the nanoparticle-filled formula is designed to fill microscopic gaps under compression. Mount the heatsink with even pressure to spread the compound and establish thermal contact. No burn-in time is required; monitor temperatures after installation to confirm proper contact and cooling performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use appropriate application tools (spatula or syringe attachments) to control layer thickness and avoid excess. Store the unopened container in a cool, dry place and reseal after use to limit exposure to air. When servicing multiple systems, periodically check that the paste maintains pliability and replace if it shows signs of significant drying or contamination.
