Langaton DECT-headset Yealink WH67 – DECT-headset puheluihin ja UC-käyttöön

The Yealink WH67 is a DECT wireless headset designed for professional voice communication and unified communications (UC). It provides hands-free call handling and mobility through DECT connectivity and a wireless USB interface, offering multiple wearing styles—ear-hook, head-band, and neck-band—to suit different user preferences in office and contact centre environments. The compact, black headset is lightweight and intended for extended use during voice-focused tasks.

Advantages

The WH67 combines DECT wireless connectivity with a lightweight design to enable comfortable all-day wear and freedom of movement. Onboard controls facilitate basic call handling without reaching for a handset, while compatibility with Yealink communication devices supports integration into existing UC setups. Multi-device connection and voice-focused audio characteristics aim to deliver clear speech reproduction for calls.

Suitable for

• Office professionals who need hands-free calling and mobility
• Contact centre agents working with high volumes of voice calls
• Remote workers participating in unified communications and softphone calls
• Environments that require flexible wearing options (ear-hook, head-band, neck-band)

When it may not be suitable

The WH67 is optimised for voice communications and UC workflows; it is not designed as a high-fidelity headset for music production or critical audio mixing. Users seeking specialised audiophile performance, extended frequency response for music, or noise-isolating earcups for very noisy environments may find this model does not meet those specific needs.

How to use

Fit the WH67 using the preferred wearing style—ear-hook, head-band, or neck-band—so the boom microphone is positioned near the mouth. Connect the headset via the supplied DECT base or wireless USB adapter following the device pairing instructions, and ensure the headset is paired with the intended Yealink device or softphone client. Use the onboard controls to answer and end calls, mute the microphone, or adjust volume as supported. Charge and maintain the headset according to the manufacturer’s guidelines to preserve battery performance.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm compatibility with your existing Yealink phones or UC platform.
• Decide which wearing style (ear-hook, head-band, neck-band) is most comfortable for your typical use.
• Evaluate whether voice-focused audio performance meets your needs versus a music-oriented headset.
• Check workplace wireless policies and expected DECT range requirements for your environment.

Recommendations

For reliable call quality, position the boom microphone close to the mouth and keep the headset charged. In shared or noisy spaces, test the wearing style that provides the best balance between comfort and microphone placement. When integrating with UC platforms, verify firmware and device compatibility to enable multi-device connection and call control features.
