Lattataltta-adapterisarja Bosch EXPERT SDS Clean max 25 x 400 mm itsehioutuva

Bosch EXPERT SDS Clean max 25 x 400 mm flat chisel adapter set with self-sharpening design is made for SDS-compatible rotary hammers and demolition tools. The adapter set provides a 25 mm wide, 400 mm long flat chisel intended for chiselling, general demolition and removal of tiles, mortar and plaster. The self-sharpening geometry maintains cutting performance over extended use and reduces the need for manual resharpening, supporting continuous work on construction and renovation tasks.

Advantages

The self-sharpening design keeps the cutting edge effective for longer, reducing downtime for maintenance. The SDS-compatible adapter ensures secure, quick mounting in rotary hammers and allows reliable power transfer during heavy-duty chiselling. The 25 x 400 mm dimensions provide a balance between reach and leverage for removing material in confined or deep areas. The hardened steel construction offers wear resistance under repeated impact.

Suitable for

• Chiselling and demolition of masonry, concrete and brick
• Removal of tiles, mortar, plaster and adhesive residues
• Preparing openings and enlarging holes in renovation work
• Work with SDS-compatible rotary hammers on construction sites or home projects

Key specifications

• Chisel type: flat
• Working width: 25 mm
• Overall length: 400 mm
• Compatibility: SDS-compatible rotary hammers and demolition hammers
• Feature: self-sharpening cutting geometry
• Material: hardened impact steel for increased wear resistance

How to use

Insert the adapter into the SDS chuck of a compatible rotary hammer following the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the connection locks securely. Position the flat chisel against the work surface at the correct angle and apply steady, controlled hammering or chiselling movements. Use appropriate stroke length and tool settings for material hardness; shorter strokes and lower impact settings for delicate removal, stronger impacts for heavy demolition. Check the adapter periodically for wear and correct seating in the chuck during extended use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves and dust mask) and secure the workpiece before chiselling. Select a rotary hammer with sufficient impact energy for the task and avoid excessive lateral bending of the chisel to prolong service life. Store the chisel dry and clean to prevent corrosion and inspect before each use.
