Lattiaimuri Nilfisk SELECT Pet Care EU

The Nilfisk SELECT Pet Care EU is a cylinder vacuum cleaner designed for home use with a focus on pet-related dry cleaning. With a maximum input power of 650 W and a 3.1 L dust bag capacity, this black Nilfisk model combines compact dimensions and effective filtration to handle fur, dust and particulate matter. The unit features HEPA-class filtration to reduce airborne allergens and returns cleaner air to living spaces while maintaining a reported noise level of 75 dB and a product weight of 8.2 kg.

Advantages

The vacuum delivers very good dust pickup on both carpets and hard floors through system-wide optimization that balances cleaning performance and energy consumption. HEPA filtration captures microscopic particles and helps prevent dust from re-entering rooms. The compact design supports easier storage without sacrificing features commonly found on larger machines. Energy-saving operation reduces power use compared with many older vacuum models.

Suitable for

• Homes with pets that shed hair and dander
• Regular dry cleaning of carpets and hard floors
• Households with allergy concerns seeking improved indoor air quality
• Users who need a compact, easy-to-store cylinder vacuum

How to use

Connect the hose and appropriate nozzle for the floor type, insert a correctly fitted dust bag and ensure the HEPA filter is properly installed. Select a suction level suitable for the surface; use higher suction for deep-cleaning carpets and lower settings for delicate rugs or hard floors. Move the cleaning head evenly across surfaces, overlapping strokes to pick up hair and fine dust. Empty or replace the dust bag when it reaches capacity and check filters periodically for clogging or wear.

Recommendations

For best results on pet hair, start vacuuming with a wide floor nozzle for general pickup, then use a brush or upholstery tool to remove fur from furniture. Replace HEPA filters according to manufacturer guidance and use certified dust bags to preserve filtration performance. Store the vacuum in a dry place and inspect hoses and attachments regularly to maintain airflow and suction.
