Lattiamerkintänauha Tesa ANTI-SCRATCH 60960-00004-00 20 m x 50 mm

Tesa ANTI-SCRATCH floor marking tape is a 50 mm wide, 20 m long adhesive tape engineered for durable indoor floor marking. Designed to create clearly visible lines in warehouses, production floors and other industrial environments, the tape resists abrasion from foot and vehicle traffic while maintaining strong adhesion to common floor surfaces. Its visible color and narrow width allow precise demarcation of walkways, storage areas and safety zones without leaving excessive residue when removed under appropriate conditions.

Advantages

The tape offers high wear resistance that reduces the need for frequent replacement in high-traffic areas. Its pressure-sensitive adhesive provides reliable initial tack and long-term bond to concrete, epoxy, tile and many sealed surfaces. The product is easy to cut to length and apply by hand, enabling fast, low-effort installation without special tools. Its narrow 50 mm width makes it suitable for creating clear, neat lines while preserving floor space.

Suitable for

• Marking aisles and walkways in warehouses and distribution centers
• Defining workstation boundaries on production and assembly floors
• Indicating storage zones and pallet locations
• Highlighting safety zones, access routes and hazard areas

Key specifications

• Length: 20 metres
• Width: 50 millimetres
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for floor applications
• Surface compatibility: concrete, epoxy coatings, sealed tile and similar indoor floor surfaces
• Durability: abrasion-resistant surface designed for foot and vehicle traffic
• Indoor use: optimized for controlled indoor environments

How to use

Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry and free of dust, oil and loose particles before application. Measure and mark the desired line, unroll the tape and apply it with consistent pressure along the marked path, smoothing out wrinkles and air pockets as you go. For best adhesion, press the tape firmly using a roller or a firm hand tool. If overlap or butt joints are necessary, ensure edges are aligned to prevent lifting. To remove, peel back slowly at a low angle; some adhesive residue can be cleaned with a suitable floor cleaner or solvent depending on the floor type.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures prior to use. For long-term performance, avoid applying the tape to unsealed, dusty or damp surfaces. Test adhesion on a small area if used on painted or sensitive floors. Replace worn sections promptly to maintain clear visual guidance.
