Why choose it

This organizer is built to last. The polypropylene construction is both tear-resistant and water-resistant, so your documents stay protected from accidental spills or rough handling. The acid-free material ensures that important papers won't yellow or degrade over time. With 13 compartments, you can separate documents by project, client, month, or any system that works for you. The elastic band keeps everything tightly closed, preventing papers from slipping out in a bag or briefcase. And because it's lightweight and compresses when not full, it's easy to carry or store.

Ideal use cases

• Office: Organize invoices, contracts, and correspondence by category.
• Home: Keep warranties, manuals, and personal documents neatly sorted.
• School: Separate notes, handouts, and assignments for different subjects.
• Travel: Carry important travel documents, tickets, and itineraries.
• Archiving: Store semi-active records that need frequent access.

Good to know

The index tabs are blank, so you can write your own labels and change them as needed. The accordion style allows the folder to expand as you add documents, up to approximately 1000 sheets of standard 80gsm paper. When empty or lightly filled, it sits flat and takes up minimal space. The grey colour is neutral and professional, suitable for both men and women, and it won't show dirt easily. For recycling, check local guidelines for polypropylene (PP) plastic.
