LED-nauhan profiili EUROLITE 51210897, musta alumiinikotelo, pituus 2 m

Aluminium LED strip profile EUROLITE 51210897 in a black finish, 2 m long, is designed to house and protect flexible LED strips while providing improved thermal management and a neat visual result. The profile creates a straight, stable mounting surface for LED tape, conceals wiring and strip edges, and helps to distribute light more evenly when used with a diffuser cover. Intended for surface installation in residential and commercial interiors, cabinets, shelves and architectural detail lighting.

Advantages

The black aluminium housing offers robust protection for LED strips, improves heat dissipation to prolong LED life, and provides a uniform, professional appearance after installation. The 2 m length reduces the number of joints required for longer runs. Compatibility with standard LED tape widths and available covers allows for controlled light diffusion and glare reduction. The profile’s rigid construction supports secure surface mounting and conceals connectors and adhesive backing for a clean finish.

How to use

Measure and mark the mounting location, cut the profile to the required length if necessary using appropriate tools, and prepare the surface to ensure it is clean and level. Fix the profile using screws or mounting clips suitable for the installation surface, ensuring secure attachment along the full length. Insert the LED strip into the profile channel, press firmly so the adhesive contacts the base, and connect the strip to the power supply following the strip manufacturer’s wiring guidelines. Snap or slide the diffuser cover into place to achieve the desired light diffusion and to protect the strip from dust and contact.

Recommendations

The profile enhances thermal performance and physical protection; leave adequate ventilation around the housing and avoid enclosing it fully in non-ventilated cavities. Choose an LED strip with appropriate lumen output and color temperature for the application and ensure power supply ratings match the total strip load. For continuous runs beyond 2 m, plan joints and wiring to minimise visible seams and maintain consistent light output.
