How to use

Install the hood according to the manufacturer's mounting instructions, ensuring correct ducting or recirculation configuration for the grease filter. Regularly check the grease filter and other accessible components for buildup; follow service guidance for cleaning or replacement intervals to maintain extraction efficiency.

Recommendations

Operate the hood at higher fan settings during heavy frying or grilling to improve removal of grease and odors, and clean or replace the grease filter at intervals recommended by AMICA to sustain performance and hygienic conditions in the kitchen.
