Lyijykynä Faber-Castell Jumbo GRIP 110901 valkoinen

Faber-Castell Jumbo GRIP 110901 white pencil is a jumbo-sized coloured pencil with a thick triangular barrel designed to fit small hands. It features a patented Soft-Grip zone for a comfortable, non-slip hold. The white, water-soluble pigment allows dry colouring and blended watercolour effects when activated with water; the lead is light-resistant and SV-bonded for break resistance. The pencil is finished with an environmentally friendly water-based varnish and includes a space to write the owner’s name.

Advantages

The triangular jumbo barrel and Soft-Grip zone reduce hand fatigue and improve control for children. Water-soluble, light-resistant pigments enable both solid colouring and watercolour techniques. SV bonding increases break resistance of the lead, and the water-based varnish reduces environmental impact. The pencil can be washed out of most fabrics and is available individually in 26 colours, including this white model (MPN 110901).

Suitable for

• Preschool and primary-school art activities

How to use

Use the pencil as a regular coloured pencil for drawing and colouring. For watercolour effects, colour the paper first and then apply clean water with a paintbrush to dissolve the pigment and blend colours. Allow the paper to dry flat after applying water. The triangular jumbo shape and Soft-Grip zone support correct finger placement while drawing.

Recommendations

Store the pencil capped or in a pencil case to protect the lead. Sharpen with a standard jumbo-capable sharpener. Test washability on a fabric scrap before laundering coloured items. Supervise younger children when using water to avoid spills.
