Manhattan 152549 Mini DisplayPort - DVI-I Dual-Link -adapterikaapeli

Connect a Mini DisplayPort source to a DVI-I display with the Manhattan Mini DisplayPort to DVI-I Dual-Link Adapter Cable (model 152549). This active adapter converts Mini DisplayPort 1.2a video output to a DVI-I signal, enabling connection to DVI displays and supporting resolutions up to 4K at 30Hz. The 19.5 cm cable features a male Mini DisplayPort connector and a female DVI-I connector, with nickel-plated contacts, full shielding and a durable PVC jacket for stable video transmission in home, office and professional multi-screen setups.

Advantages

The active design overcomes non-DP++ (dual-mode) graphics card limitations by converting the Mini DisplayPort signal to DVI-I, ensuring compatibility with DVI displays. Nickel-plated contacts and full shielding reduce signal loss and interference, while moulded boots with strain relief and a PVC jacket improve mechanical durability. Compact 19.5 cm length and lightweight construction make the adapter convenient for desktop and portable setups. The product is RoHS certified and covered by a three-year warranty.

Suitable for

• Connecting Mini DisplayPort-equipped laptops or desktops to DVI-I monitors
• Multi-screen gaming and entertainment systems
• Digital signage and retail display installations
• Financial trading workstations and office multimedia setups

Power on the source and display; the active adapter will convert the Mini DisplayPort signal to DVI-I. For best results, set the display resolution in the operating system to a supported mode (up to 4K at 30Hz) and verify display detection in system settings.

Recommendations

For reliable signal quality, use shielded DVI cables and avoid running the cable near strong electromagnetic sources. If the connected graphics card does not support Dual-Mode (DP++), this active adapter provides the necessary conversion. Ensure the display and source firmware/drivers are up to date to avoid compatibility issues.
