Key specifications

• Ink type: pigment-based black designed for durability and high optical density
• Compatibility: original Epson cartridge for specified Epson printer models
• Intended use: document and graphics printing with resistance to fading
• Physical format: single black cartridge in OEM packaging

How to use

Install the cartridge according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions: power on the printer, open the cartridge access cover, remove the spent cartridge and insert the new cartridge until it clicks into place. After installation, run any recommended alignment or nozzle-check procedures from the printer control panel or driver software to confirm proper seating and nozzle condition. Use original or recommended paper profiles and printer driver settings for best black density and neutral tones.

Recommendations

Store unused cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For optimal print longevity, allow prints to dry fully before stacking and use appropriate media and handling to minimize smudging and premature fading. When performing long idle periods, run periodic nozzle checks and maintenance cycles to maintain reliable ink flow.
