For everyday productivity and multimedia use, set the display to a balanced color profile with default brightness near 120–160 cd/m² in typical indoor lighting. For gaming, select modes that prioritize response time and ensure your system outputs at the monitor's native 3440 x 1440 resolution for the best clarity and field of view. When mounting or adjusting the monitor, maintain ergonomic distance and angle to reduce eye and neck strain.
